I went on two separate days to try to fix my flat tire, and on both days it took the staff one (1) hour to examine the car (the man was named Jauan). On the first day I went right after work because they had advised me if I could make it before 6:30 then I would definitely be helped. I was there at 5:30 and they waited an hour to tell me that they wouldn’t be able to help me. After a few days, I went again on the weekend at 9:00am (so they wouldn’t be able to refuse services due to closing time) and they did not examine my car until 10:30am where they asked me if I had the key to my car lock, which I did not have (a separate issue with another Pep Boys). Not too sure why they needed that to patch up my flat tire, because afterwards I went to a local mechanic shop and they patched it up in 10 minutes.

Took my car to get my flat fixed from a nail and left with it nail in. Said there were two cars ahead of mine. I waited about 2 hours then asked for an update, said my car was getting worked on right now, waited 30 more minutes then looked out the window to only see it still parked where I left it. The girl calls me to the back and I see my trunk opened and she told me I was missing the tire lock needed to take my wheel off. She said she tried going through my car to check herself instead of letting me know so I could check my own car 🀯πŸ«ͺ. Told me my tire needed to get changed because I had the ring of death and to come back next day they’d have someone to take it off. Car goes back, guy is trying the tool out, 2 hours go by, apparently he didn’t have the right size and was hammering it in, forcing the fit. This guy chiseled into my rim now I have a signature in it and they acted like it was no big deal. Told me to come by the next day that they’d have someone w/the right tool. I ended up going to a local mechanic somewhere else and they fixed the nail in my tire and said it was fine & didn’t have the ring of death. I appreciate how they β€œtried’’ to help me but I definitely wouldn

For a simple tire alignment, I had to reschedule my appointment, come back the next day, and then wait nearly 6 hours just to get it done. The guy at the front desk with glasses wasn’t responsive when I asked questions β€” Stacy, at least, made an effort to reply, but other had an attitude, like the service was being provided for free. That’s not how customers should be treated. I also saw reviews from other people complaining about the exact same thing, and the response I got back was just a generic β€œwe’ll use this to improve service” line β€” not helpful at all. My suggestion guys dont go there as they just gave half job done and half not and took more money and time as well! Just robbing customers instead of improving services!

This place does not deserve your business! Manager on Duty Juwon disrespected my time and refused to give me customer service. I had an appointment for an oil change at 4:30PM. By the time I made it to the young woman at the front desk, she assured me twice that my car is the next one to be serviced. I returned 2.5 hours later at 7:15PM to my car still in the spot where I parked it at 4:30. I asked about the car, and the manager said he did not know about it but they are bringing it in now. When I mentioned that it was unacceptable service, he handed me my keys and left our conversation multiple times to go to the garage and refuse customer service. One or more things is happening: -They are lying to make a sale. -They ignored my service intentionally and feigned ignorance when I asked for a reason why my car was not looked at. -They are so poorly managed that they can not handle a simple queue or their small staff. Pep Boys has lost my business permanently, and they do not deserve your time or money, it is simply not worth it.

Stacy and the entire team here are absolutely phenomenal. I was looking for a specific tire for my vehicle, and no one had it in stock. Stacy not only found it, but she helped me coordinate the install, balance, Mounting. I needed all four tires and I couldn’t have asked for a smoother and calmer overall customer service experience.
